COLD SPRAY DEPOSITION

Cold spray process for the deposition of metals and alloys (aluminum, brass, bronze, iron, silver-nickel) on almost all the surfaces (foams, polymers, wood, metal, textiles, paper, concrete), the configurations and designs living to the object the external aspect of cast metal (stiffness, gloss, thermal conductivity).
It does not facilitate flames, it does not induce corrosion, it is resistant and uniform, it is not electrically conductive and has impact and wear resistance. Once processed the material can be used as a meta solid, can undergo sandblasting, polishing, etc. It can be used in indoor and outdoor environments, furniture, arts (sculptures coating), buildings (windows frames), automotive and mechanics, roofs.
