POLYAMIDE/ALUMINIUM COMPOSITES

Fine polyamide powder with aluminum used in synthetic laser sintering systems to produce finished material, functional prototypes, models or spare parts. Suitable for all applications requiring a metallic finish with high stiffness and tolerance, it is normally used to produce rigid parts with a metal-like appearance that can be machined (milled, bored or turned) and finished by grinding, polishing or coating. Applications span from injection and cast molding parts to parts for wind tunnel tests. Finished products include primarily parts for Formula 1 cars and tools and gauges for serial products.
