POLYVINYL ACETATE (PVA)

These products are polyvinyl acetate water dispersion adhesives. The glue joint, soft and elastic, is obtained by evaporation of the water contained in the adhesive. These products are well know in the market because they are easy to use and they are quick both hot that cold. PVA glues are mainly used in all joinery application. Special PVA adhesive had VOC and formaldehyde content virtually absent. It is indicated for the manufacture of boards and for surfacing with veneer, papers and laminates.Some special formulation allows to obtain a very rigid glue line, like the one of traditional urea-formaldehyde glues, with excellent resistance to water, solvents and temperature.
