DESIRE - Design of the future: materials, shapes, colours and emotions, for a successful product.
The Desire Project aims to increase the competitiveness of SMEs, placing them in the condition to produce designer goods in line with current and future market expectations, both in terms of form and the aesthetics of colours, materials and finishes. More specifically, the project aims to transfer the culture, knowledge, techniques and methods of industrial design to the SMEs in the trans-border area, supporting them in market analysis, design and development and communication concerning their products, also with a view to environmental sustainability.
The project also actively involves three homogeneous groups of SMEs belonging to the manufacturing sectors which are representative of the trans-border area (knives, glasses and woodworking) in an experimental path for the design and production of new designer goods and technology transfer. The Desire Project started on July 1st 2010 and has a duration of 24 months.

THE MODELS DEVELOPED WITHIN THE DESIRE PROJECT ARE FREE AVAILABLE FOR ALL THE EU COMPANIES INTERESTED IN PRODUCTION. PLEASE CONTACT AGEMONT CIT OR OTHER PROJECT PARTNER FOR THE REQUESTED AUTORIZATION.
