PRIVACY STATEMENT
In compliance with Art. 30 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), we inform you of the following as regards the processing of your personal data.

1. Personal Data
All personal data subject to the processing, especially sensitive and judicial data, shall be treated in compliance with confidentiality obligations and further limits imposed by the above-mentioned legislation and any other laws and regulations.

2. Purposes of the data processing
Your personal data will be used within the limits allowed by law, for the pursuit of the following purposes:
a) fulfillment of the obligations provided in by national and / or European Union laws, regulations and legislations;
b) pursuit of the objectives referred to in project: INTERREG IV Italia – Austria – DESIRE Project;
c) use for administrative / accounting purposes.

3. Data processing methods
These purposes include collecting, recording, storing and changing personal data by manual, computer and telematic means according to logics closely correlated with the said purposes and, anyhow, in such a way as to ensure security and confidentiality of such data. Data might be processed in collaboration with third parties (secretaries, computer technicians, etc.) expressly appointed as People in Charge of the Processing.

4. Refusal to submit data
Submittal of your personal data is optional; however, refusal to provide some or all of the requested data will make it impossible to achieve the purposes set out and, in particular, draw the report under c) of point 2.

5. Data Communication and Disclosure
Personal data might be disclosed to third parties (lawyer, other professionals, etc.), in compliance with Art. 30 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, for the purposes mentioned above. Personal data might be disclosed to Agemont S.p.A., in compliance with Art. 30 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, for the purposes mentioned above.
Personal data will not be released.

6. Rights referred to in Art. 7
Furthermore, we inform you that, for the purposes of the “Personal Data Protection Code”, the Data Controller is Agemont S.p.A. with sole shareholder, whose office is in Via Jacopo Linussio 20 - 33020 Amaro (UD) - Telephone: +39/0433/486111 Fax: +39/0433/486500 E-mail: agemont@agemont.it. You will be able to turn to the Data Controller to enforce your rights as provided for in art 7 of “Personal Data Protection Code”, whose unabridged text is reported below:

Art. 7 Right to access personal data and other rights

1. The person concerned shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exist, regardless of their not being recorded yet, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. The person concerned shall have the right to be informed:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied if the processing is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification data concerning the Data Controller, the data processing managers and the representative appointed under the terms of Art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom personal data may be communicated or which may get to know such data in their capacity as representatives appointed in the State’s territory, as data processing managers or persons in charge of the processing.
3. The person concerned shall have the right to obtain:
a) the update, correction, that is, if interested, addition of details;
b) the deletion, change into anonymous form or blocking of data processed against the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) documentary evidence that the operations referred to under letters a) and b) have been notified, as regards their content as well, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except for the case in which this fulfilment turns out to be impossible or involves using means that are clearly disproportionate compared to the right being protected.
4. The person concerned shall have the right to partially or completely object:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if pertaining to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for advertising or direct marketing purposes or for market research purposes or promotional correspondence.
The person concerned, being informed of all that is stated above, as well as of the rights that belong to him / her pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/03, declares that he / she has full knowledge of the privacy statement produced and gives his / her consent to the processing of personal data in the forms and terms specified.
